The Capital Facilities Advisory Committee, a volunteer group of parents, citizens, and staff, was formed in 2015 to engage the community and make recommendations about how to best address Ridgefield's rapid growth. Next February, voters will be asked to consider a bond to build a new 5th and 6th intermediate school and 7th and 8th middle school, expand the current Ridgefield High School campus, implement safety and security enhancements district-wide, and repurpose the existing View Ridge Middle School.
